1. Buy Different Named Domains
Purchase multiple similar domains to your primary one. For example, if your main domain is xyz.com, we will now buy domains like tryxyz.com and usexyz.com. These additional domains will be used to send cold outreach emails instead of your main domain. There will be a Risk of domain blacklisting and reduced deliverability.
2. Warm-Up Email Step:
We need to warm up our email for at least two weeks. This will increase email deliverability and help mail land in inboxes. It builds domain authority, and if we don't do it properly, there will be a Risk of emails landing in spam due to low domain reputation.
3. Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
This is the most important step in the technical setup. We need to configure MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to authenticate email senders. It prevents spoofing and also builds email authority; otherwise, emails may be flagged as spam.
4. Source Leads
After learning your ICP and target audience, we will source leads and verify them for better deliverability. The lead needs to be verified because there will be a lot of junk mail or old mail. If we send emails without verifying them will increase bounce rates and decrease email deliverability.
